What we collect
The enquiry form on this website doesn't send anything to us by itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, and we only receive it if you choose to send it. When you email us, we receive your name, company, email address, company size and whatever you tell us about your business.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and, if you go on to work with us, to set up and run the engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.
Who sees it
We share your enquiry with the partners who may work with you, bound by confidentiality, and with the providers who run our email and website. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any engagement that follows, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you visit. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@boardpartners.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
